Danilo Sales Costa is a qualified lawyer in the UK and Brazil having worked for international law firm Linklaters LLP in London and taken several consulting positions for private and public sector organisations. He holds a Master of Public Policy by the Berlin School of Governance, Germany, (Hertie School) and law degrees from the University of Law, England, and Mackenzie University, Brazil. He has been a recipient of scholarships from the German DAAD and the British Diplomatic Service Families Association.

Andrés Ponce has worked as examinee prosecutor at the Comptroller General of Chile and is an expert in European fiscal policy. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Universidad de Valparaíso (Chile), a Diploma in Administrative Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (Chile) and a Master in Public Policy by the Berlin School of Governance, Germany, (Hertie School).

Quentin Millet has worked as a public sector consultant as well a research assistant on a Bertelsmann Stiftung project while pursuing his master’s degree in Public Policy from the Berlin School of Governance, Germany, (Hertie School) and his master’s degree in Economics from Bocconi University. He was previously also working as a financial analyst in investment banking in London after completing his Finance bachelor degree at McGill University (Canada).

Zhihao Zhong is a media and communication professional and has two years’ experience in China’s non-profit sector and the field of education. He has previously worked for several media organizations such as CNN. He holds a BA degree in International Journalism from Hong Kong Baptist University and is currently a Master candidate in Public Policy at the Berlin School of Governance (Hertie School).
